The mission of NIGERIAN ORPHANAGES NETWORK which I am the national coordinator is to create awareness on the plight of orphanages homes in Nigeria and stimulate the giving spirit in our people, among other things. As an NGO, we operate on near zero budget but we reach out  for financial support if we have projects/program to embark upon.
As regard financial commitment,we don't impose levies on anybody as our concept on fundraising resolves around freewill donation,however we appreciate & showcase  those who assisted us alongside our projects

As we are approaching the festive period NIGERIAN ORPHANAGES NETWORK  has decided to celebrate  the spirit of giving by raising funds for the most distress and privately owned orphanages homes in Nigeria.Just about 24 hrs ago, we receive an SOS from Divine Mercy orphanage home ,owerri Imo state www.divinemercyorphanage.com to assist the home housing over 70 inmates for fund.According to the matron,Ambassador Lady Princess Chioma Ononiw, the home has exhausted all their food stock,drugs and fund and therefore need our urgent assistance.I therefore call on all of you out there to donate towards this season fundraising project as your donation will surely save an orphan from severe hunger.

At Save an Orphan we aim to help orphans all over the world like Ahmed — to relieve their suffering and to give them a brighter future. We want to "send them a little hope."

Every day over 6,000 children are orphaned, these children desperately need our help. We understand that we cannot help everyone but by helping rebuild and renovating orphanages giving orphans a safe place to stay can mean all the difference to those most in need.

We aim to raise the standard of living for orphans around the world by providing clean water, proper sanitation, medication, clothing and education, this will allow all orphans to realise their birthright of living a happy life by developing their potential and paving their way to adulthood.

We see education as the road to lead orphans out of the life of hardship and will put great emphasis on learning through play, and vocational training which will see children ready to enter adulthood and provide for themselves and their families.

Only education can end this cycle which sees generation after generation living in such terrible conditions. Children are our future so with your help and generosity we can to ensure that orphans will see a better tomorrow.
